Description
Discus are a variety of cichlid originating from the Amazon basin in South America. These fish can be difficult to keep as they require clean, soft, acidic water parameters. They can be kept with peaceful community fish, but can be aggressive toward eachother. Discus are omnivorous, eating plant material and detritus.
